Amendment 202

Following consultation and agreement with trade unions ten of the existing harmonised policies have been amended effective 1 August 2017. These are listed below and the changes can be found in the amendment history at the foot of each policy. If you are maintaining a hard copy of the code you will need to print the following:

Amendment 201

Following consultation and agreement with trade unions, the Safety for Business Travel Policy has been updated.

Amendment 200

Following consultation with trade unions the section on Recruitment and Retention (RRA) allowance has been amended with changes made in particular regarding revalorisation and awarding procedure.

Amendment 199

Following agreement from the trade unions, the 2016 Pay Award (effective 1 July 2016) has been agreed and implemented. Appendix A7.3 has been amended to show the details of the 2016 pay award.
