The John Innes Centre (JIC), Institute of Food Research (IFR) and The Genome Analysis Centre (TGAC) are hosting an Open Lab afternoon for a limited numbers of artists, photographers, illustrators and creative people or anyone who wants to have a go and capture the perfect shot or gain inspiration for the exciting BBSRC competition – 'Images with Impact'.
Images with Impact is seeking images that showcase UK bioscience and its importance in everyday life. Fantastic prizes up for grabs! Any type of image can be entered – photos, illustrations, visualisations.
All visitors must submit an image to the Images with Impact competition.
- John Innes Centre: 2pm, 3pm or 4pm
- Institute of Food Research: 2pm, 3pm or 4pm
- The Genome Analysis Centre: 2pm, 3pm or 4pm
You will be taken on a tour of the intitutes to inspire your creative instincts and if needed you can arrange to come back and view a specific facility at a later date.
