About

This event will showcase projects from a range of public-private partnerships - including the Crop Improvement Research Club (CIRC) and the Diet and Health Research Industry Club (DRINC) - both of which are supported by Campden BRI as a founding member. Together these clubs have supported 58 research projects with over £30 million in funding.

The event will also feature projects supported through other BBSRC programmes such as:

Opportunities for networking with Campden BRI and its member companies will be available throughout the afternoon. Presentations from six world‐leading academic researchers, from a diverse range of institutions, will highlight research and innovation from cutting edge areas of nutritional physiology and biochemistry, grain quality and plant genetics, psychology of appetite and satiation to help meet the challenges of reliably delivering a safe and secure supply of nutritious food.
