EU-wide survey informs Campylobacter control
29 September 2010
As reported by WorldPoultry.net earlier this month (see external link) the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has published an evaluation of factors that may contribute to the spread of Campylobacter in live chickens and chicken carcasses in the European Union.
BBSRC funds a range of research relevant to this serious food pathogen. For more information about our research see our 'Fighting Camplylobacter food poisoning' feature online at: www.bbsrc.ac.uk/science/topical/food/fighting-campylobacter.aspx .
