TUS right of access to the Chief Executive, and attendance of additional members of the TUS at JNCC meetings
1. TUS right of access to the Chief Executive
The TUS/unions have the right to seek access to the Chief Executive of BBSRC where there are issues of major significance affecting employees.
2. Attendance of additional members of the TUS at JNCC meetings
The membership of the 2 sides of the JNCC is set down at (paragraph 1.1, appendix A4:3, constitution of the Joint Negotiating and Consultative Committee (JNCC)).
