Remuneration Board
Reports to Council and normally meets once a year.
Responsible for evaluating the performance of the Directors of BBSRC sponsored institutes against objectives set by the Chair of the Governing Board and the BBSRC Chief Executive, and making recommendations to the Governing Board on the annual salary increase and bonus payment. Responsible for evaluating the performance of the Directors in BBSRC Office and determining their remuneration.
Is responsible for:
- Evaluating the performance of Institute Directors and BBSRC Office Group Directors who hold personal contracts
- Making recommendations to the Governing Board of Institutes on the annual salary awards and bonuses for Institute Directors
- Determining the annual salary award and bonus of BBSRC Office Group Directors
