Biodiversity meeting

Research into biodiversity could provide us with new medicines, help us feed a growing world population, and deal with the challenges of climate change.

In 2005 BBSRC developed a policy statement to explain the role of biodiversity research in the delivery of BBSRC's mission. As part of a wide consultation process to aid the development of this statement, BBSRC held public discussion meetings in Glasgow and Cardiff.
