BBSRC publishes 2004-05 Annual Report and Accounts

The Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) today publishes its Annual Report and Accounts for 2004-05, showcasing the Council’s highlights from the past year and explaining the progress made against strategic objectives.
The Annual Report and Accounts describes BBSRC’s progress in ensuring a sustainable UK bioscience research base, in driving innovation and knowledge transfer, improving efficiency, and embedding science in society.
The Annual Report includes highlights from BBSRC’s research portfolio and other activities.The Accounts record the Council's income and expenditure for the year together with its assets and liabilities at 31 March 2005; these financial statements are supported by detailed Notes.
